These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Casino Or Bust mobile games and website (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our games or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
Casino Or Bust is a brand for a collection of card and casino-style games published by Blight Interactive, including:
- Casino Or Bust — paid house app with all five tables (coming soon)
- Blackjack Or Bust, Switch Or Bust, Hearts Or Bust, and Gin Rummy Or Bust — free standalone games
- Poker Or Bust — free standalone game, not yet on Google Play
Our games are currently published for Android via Google Play.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally allowed to do so in your country of residence. Our games feature casino or card-related themes. Google Play age ratings vary by title. They do not include real-money gambling.
3. No real-money gambling
Our games are for entertainment only. They do not offer real-money gambling, and you cannot win real money, real prizes, or anything of monetary value. Credits, themes, card backs, and other virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or real goods.
4. License to use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
- Download and install our games on a compatible device, and
- Access and use the games and this website for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or resell our games or any part of the Services unless you have our prior written permission.
5. Paid app, ads, and in-app content
Standalone Or Bust titles are free to install and may display advertising from third-party partners (for example Google AdMob). Ads are subject to those partners' terms. We do not guarantee the availability, type, or frequency of ads.
Casino Or Bust is intended as a paid app that includes all five games. Price, taxes, and refunds are handled by Google Play. Optional rewarded bonuses or cosmetic unlocks, if offered, still have no real-world cash value. We may change features over time.
6. Accounts (Casino Or Bust)
The house app may let you play as a guest or link email, Google, or Apple sign-in for cloud save. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may request deletion as described on our Delete Account & Data page.
7. User conduct
When using our Services, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- Exploit bugs, cheats, or other unintended behavior to gain an unfair advantage; or
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services.
8. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the games, artwork, logos, text, and code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or are otherwise using the Services in a way that may cause harm to us, the Services, or other users.
12. Changes
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
