This Privacy Policy describes how Casino Or Bust / Blight Interactive ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile games and this website, including:

Two kinds of apps
Standalone games (Blackjack, Switch, Hearts, Gin Rummy, and later Poker) are free to play and may show advertising. They are designed to be played without creating an account with us.
Casino Or Bust is a paid app that includes all five tables plus optional cloud save. If you sign in (guest, email, Google, or Apple), we store the account and progress data described below.
Information we collect
Standalone games. We do not ask you for your name, email, or location. Advertising partners may process device-level identifiers as described below.
Casino Or Bust (when you use cloud features). We may store:
- Authentication identifiers (Firebase user ID; email if you use email sign-in)
- Display / player name you choose
- Game progress (credits, XP, level, stats, achievements, shop unlocks)
- A push token if you enable notifications, so we can send optional reminders
Guest (anonymous) accounts can later be linked to email, Google, or Apple. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising and third-party services
Standalone games may display advertising from partners such as Google AdMob. Those partners may process advertising IDs and other technical information under their own policies. Casino Or Bust may offer optional rewarded ads; banner and interstitial ads are not the primary model for the paid app.
Casino Or Bust uses Google Firebase for authentication, cloud save (Firestore), and optional push messaging. Google or Apple sign-in is handled by those providers.
Children and age limitations
Our games use casino and card themes. They are not intended for young children or for real-money gambling of any kind. Age ratings on Google Play vary by title (for example Everyone, Everyone 10+, or Teen).
Data retention
Standalone games do not keep a personal account on our servers. Casino Or Bust keeps linked account and synced progress while the account remains active. You can request deletion as described on our Delete Account & Data page. Advertising or analytics data held by third parties follows their retention rules.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under data protection laws (including GDPR in the EU/EEA) to access, correct, or delete personal information. For Casino Or Bust account data, contact us using the deletion page. For advertising identifiers, you may also need to use Google Play / device settings or the partner’s tools.
Security
Traffic to Firebase and Google services uses TLS. Firestore rules restrict player documents to the signed-in user. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the apps or website after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
